Temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by 18 months of ageing in French oak casks. In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby-red colour. Azienda Vitivinicola Zenato was founded in 1960 by Sergio Zenato in San Benedetto di Lugana on the southern shore of Lake Garda.
