Service hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET/CEST). Delays may occur on weekends and public holidays. For urgent matters, include a short note with your order number. We aim to provide fast, clear answers – from availability and vintages to packaging in wooden cases or gift boxes.

We handle questions on returns, delivery timing or transport damage transparently and solution-oriented. Please provide photos and the parcel number where applicable.
